The GRUBB Co. Monthly Newsletters
http://www.grubbco.com/
Project: 5happy writes the articles and does the layouts for GRUBB Co. real estate agents and brokers who send out monthly printed newsletters to their 'farms' (neighborhoods) or 'spheres' (mailing lists)... approximately 15,000 homeowners a month! The newsletters set the bar for excellence of design and content; the front page of each issue contains the article and monthly mortage rate chart, while the back contains recent neighborhood 'comps'.
Result: Runs like clockwork
Relevancy: We have considerable editorial and writing experience accompanying our design skills and experience.

Result: Delivered on time, happy client
Relevancy: Good designers have a background in print... they know from experience how to create clear and concise layouts, how to use fonts and colors, and the importance of doing things right the first time.

Historical Architectural Styles of the East Bay Postcard Series
http://www.grubbco.com/
Project: We conceived of and implemented a 'keep in touch' postcard series for agents of The GRUBB Co.; the theme was 'Historical Architectural Styles of the East Bay'. Copy was provided by an architectural historian, photographs were taken by a professional photographer, and each agent received a number of each postcard for monthly reminder mailings to their 'farms' (neighborhoods) or 'spheres' (mailing lists).
Result: A high-end marketing tool, delivered for less money than canned postcards sold by nationwide real estate marketing companies.
Relevancy: Marketing expertise. Project management skills. Everybody wins.

kudos:

The website is great! The Etta James song “At Last” keeps going through my head... thank you for leading us out of the wilderness and helping us get online! WELL DONE Bruce... it looks awesome.”

I just wanted to tell you that I’ve been getting some very very very very very VERY positive responses on the newsletter you created for the Leona Heights postcard mailer. One person called and said she was a senior citizen living in the area, and thought it was a super nice card, and a real pleasure to look at; she was showing it to all of her friends. It’s a big hit... that’s the third call I’ve gotten, by the way. You did a hell of a job, and we’ll do it again next month.”
